NORTHWEST TECHNICAL INSTITUTE, founded in 1989 as Vo-Tech Institute, was created to meet a growing demand for computerized approaches to the accurate prediction of costs and timeframes for the future projects of manufacturers, contractors, and government agencies. NW Tech recognized the need of such organizations to find skilled personnel trained in the ability to accurately predict cost and production times, as well as in improved scheduling and management techniques. Managers and Estimators must stay abreast of the latest techniques for accurate cost estimating and cost control in every area of business. For this reason, our training program is continually enhanced and updated as the industry changes. Northwest Tech maintains high standards for communication, a professional image, and the desire to excel and learn. Motivation and a positive attitude are strongly encouraged and displayed by our students and staff. Our training team consists of highly qualified individuals, whose primary purpose is to equip students with the knowledge they need to advance in their new careers. We care and it shows by our success rate. It is the intent of our school to give students as much practical knowledge and reference material as possible in 5 months of training.
